Have Your Say: Plot 24A, 24B and Neighbourhood Square North

We would like to hear your views on several elements of the Masterplan which will help make Brent Cross Town a thriving place to live, visit and work: Plot 24A & 24B, the Plot 22-24 Courtyard and Neighbourhood Square North. The proposals include:

• Plot 24A – approximately 80 new affordable homes
• Plot 24B – approximately 170 homes for market sale
• The Plot 22-24 Courtyard – with woodland style planting and playful landscape features to provide a place for people to relax, play and interact.
• Neighbourhood Square North – an exciting new town square with inviting social spaces and active retail edges.

For more information and to give feedback in person, join us at the Visitor Pavilion at Brent Cross Town on Sunday 1 June from 12 - 4pm where we will talk you through the proposals and answer any questions you may have. If you can’t attend the event, the consultation boards and a link to give your feedback will be available on our project website.

Once the consultation period has finished, the Brent Cross Town team will review the feedback provided and use this to finalise the proposals, ahead of the submission of a Planning application. We will update the community once the application has been submitted.
