Overview
We are considering introducing new Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) for the London Borough of Barnet as the current Barnet Borough wide PSPO is due to expire in December 2025. This current PSPO includes alcohol related nuisance, dog control and other forms of anti-social behaviour (ASB) that has been reported to the council and local police in the borough from 2018 to the present day.
The proposed new orders (PSPOs) will allow us to impose restrictions and conditions within the defined PSPO areas which will help deal with a number of anti-social behaviour issues/acts. Read more about the behaviour/acts.
We want to give everyone, regardless of whether they live in Barnet or not, the opportunity to have their say on the proposal before a decision is made.
For further information, or to request a questionnaire in an alternative format, please email: BarnetCST@Barnet.gov.uk or telephone 020 8359 2875.
Alternatively, you can write to us at:
Barnet Community Safety Team (PSPO Consultation), London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.
