Having good health and wellbeing can contribute to living a happy life. It can help us to have positive relationships, be able to go to work, and access education. That’s why Barnet Council and its partners are working to support residents to stay healthy, and we will be reviewing our approach to this over the next 12 months.
When we talk about ‘health and wellbeing’, we mean both physical health and mental health.
A number of factors can affect our health and wellbeing. In this survey we are interested to know more about your views on what supports your health and wellbeing, and the role of the Council and its health partners in this.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We feel it is important to listen and respond to the views of our residents and this survey is key to helping Barnet’s Public Health team determine how residents feel about their health and wellbeing and the services they use.
Your responses to this survey will influence Barnet’s upcoming Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy. This strategy will provide a framework for improving health and wellbeing in Barnet and informs what is funded across the health and care system. Being a joint strategy means that it is inclusive of activities of all key health partners in the borough, not just Barnet Council.
This short survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. Many of the questions have a range of options for you to choose from. Please choose the option closest to your opinion and tick the relevant option or options, as specified in the question.
Please complete the survey by Thursday 24 October 2024. You will be entered into the prize draw.
